“Great value and genuinely welcoming staff We had a really enjoyable stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Novena, Singapore. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. A special mention to Shawn at the door, who was incredibly welcoming and helped us with our bags and luggage storage. He was always ready with a humorous one-liner too, which really added to the warm atmosphere! The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. They are on the smaller side,……

“這次住宿體驗有些地方和預期有落差，提供給之後要入住的旅客參考。 首先，房間需要自行搬行李走三樓樓梯，對於長輩或行李較多的旅客來說可能會比較吃力。實際房間空間也比照片看起來小一些，建議訂房前可以再多加確認。 入住期間晚上遇到熱水供應不穩定的情況，使用上稍微不便。另外，房內提供的衛生紙數量偏少，第二天使用完後沒有備品可替換，而當時櫃檯已無人值班，臨時需要協助時較難即時聯繫。 設備方面，馬桶與床鋪高度對身材較嬌小的旅客可能不太友善，使用上需要稍微適應。 整體來說，若在服務即時性與備品補充上能再加強，住宿體驗應該會更完善。提供以上經驗給大家作為訂房時的參考。”
