Bar manager could not tell which wines were "aged", simply reading the label does not necessarily guarantee ensure that the absence of such information means that it is not "aged"- staff should have knowledge of the goods on sale."

"This was a country pub and hotel, easy to find 15 minutes from Bath…very comfortable and not a standard chain hotel, very much the Country Inn that we wanted"

The room didn’t have an expresso machine as advertised and we only had one coffee each on arrival and that was it. Would have been nice to have more coffee and milk. Minor details but makes the difference. Overall though, was satisfied with the stay and location. "
