“酒店洗手間去水有問題，沒有浴缸，沖涼位置，沒有圍邊邊，沖涼後大量積水在地板，妨礙客人再進入用洗手間及洗面盆，必須要改善。 本人已是住過四次，這個情況都沒有改善，因為地點太方便，才會再住。”

“Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Kettle and coffee machine with good supply of tea, coffee and fresh milk. Staff friendly and efficient. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Lovely location for a walking break - we appreciated use of the pub car park before check-in/after check-out. Would stay here again in future.”

“Ware gastvrijheid schuilt niet in grootse gebaren, maar in de kleine attenties die een verblijf onvergetelijk maken. Mijn overnachting in The Bear’s Paw was voortreffelijk. Een warm onthaal, een vlotte check-in en een verrassend mooie, koele kamer op de bovenste verdieping — een zegen bij 30 graden dankzij de airco. Hoewel er geen televisie was om de WK-wedstrijden te volgen, zag het personeel mij op mijn telefoon meekijken en plaatste zonder dat ik erom vroeg een laptop voor mij. Een klein……
