“I stayed here twice within a week’s time. The first stay was in the old lodge building. The send stay was in the “motel”, I really loved the lodge, if I were ONLY reviewing that, it would get five stars. But the motel dragged the score down. Distinct musty odor throughout, and decor not up to the Lodge standards. To be fair, the prices aren’t the same, but I actually didn’t know enough ahead of time to be sure I got a room I wanted.”

“Great place to stay while in St. Ignace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. A Mexican restaurant is next door. Jose’s Cantina. Great food and hospitality. Highly recommend.”
