We arrived late. Lovely help at the front desk and quick food from room service. But we turned on the heat and waited. And waited. A nice young man brought us a heater because by then we were already under covers exhausted. No heat? It happens. And I’m sure they would have given us a new room had we insisted. But what was disappointing and actually quite surprising is when we checked out in the morning and I mentioned the heat didn’t work — two front desk staff looked at me like deer stuck in the headlights. No words of apology were uttered. Hey we chose to stay in the room with the heater. We were half asleep and in bed. I wasn’t looking for a rebate or a free breakfast. But to fail to give the common courtesy of even muttering “I’m so sorry”? Nope. Not okay.

Great location and friendly front of house staff ...great room clean and well presented ..it's not the first time staying there so staff are great but this night one of the bar staff was having an off night ...I will be staying again 🙂

This hotel is conveniently located and has spacious rooms but is very dated. The air con was extremely loud and didn’t cool the room at all. It February we were so hot we could hardly sleep. I dread to think what it would be like in the summer.

The hotel is being used to house asylum seekers and should disclose that. Very noisy with security guards at reception. Not an enjoyable stay with much better available close by for the same price.
