“Had an amazing 30th anniversary stay at this stunning 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath 51st floor apartment. Although the unit has all the amenities you’d expect, what really stands out is the extraordinary 270 degree views from the Hudson to the entire city…do yourself a favor and keep the lights off at night and just take in the perfect panorama…the Empire State Building is just outside your window as well as MSG & so much more!!!The host of this property is also top notch & communicated well via text……

“My family ranging from teenager to 70 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this unique townhome. The stairs are a lot but worth it having a rooftop area and privacy of bedrooms on each level. The location is close to everything and I felt very safe. Leonard was a great host and communicated immediately when we had any questions. ”

“We came to New York for very sad circumstances. To bury a loved one. We left New York one of the best experiences as a family having the space and the comfort and the luxury that we deserved in such time. It was a wonderful day. It is nestled in the heart of the city close to the park close to all shopping close to food. It’s one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality home/hotel. I’m grateful and I will stay again.”

“Me and my sister came for my niece who cheered for spirit of America in the Macys day parade. Our stay was in a perfect location for viewing the parade and the staff was so amazing, they took care of all our needs. Great area and immaculately clean. We had the best time of our lives. ”

“I would highly recommend this property. The studio was larger than expected with a large size bathroom. Many towels were available also. The kitchen area was also very accommodating with all the necessary small appliances. This studio was accessible to public transportation and a few blocks from Central Park. Many restaurants and grocery stores are within blocks too.”

“Our son was graduating from law school so we had a big family event. Seven of us stayed at this townhome and three of them were over age 75 and never been to NY. We got so lucky by all of us being together and having other out of town visitors to come and celebrate in a home away from home. The host checked in on us right away to make sure we got in okay. Since there is a code access, it was very helpful for others staying to access when needed. Our first night we didn't realize how hot it would……
