"Very meticulously kept grounds, pool and common areas... Natasha at Portofino's was above and beyond- food was really good at Portofino and Pineapple Grill. At the beginning, I was a little upset because I had called a head and talked w/ reception regarding a surprise for my husband's birthday, Champaign or something (of course I would pay extra) however, it wasn't relayed to the people that info needed to go too so I was a little disappointed at first, but it ended up the lovely staff went out of their way to put balloons a bottle of Champaign in the room after his spa day... so it was perfect, thank you so much for making it special. All of the pools were amazing, especially the main pool- we all enjoyed the music, it wasn't too loud, it was fun and both of the activity persons made sure people had fun. The beach was beautiful and enjoyable at the Pineapple Resort, the buffet needed work by the main pool area. ALL N ALL, we will be back soon... we loved the staff and the relaxation they helped to provide. "

"This was a super well run holiday property, with great communication throughout and the property itself was extremely well kitted out and looked after. Our family had great fun using the new air fryer and a big thanks for getting in a smoothie blender. We do like to cook and found the kitchen really well provided for. Definitely recommend using the pre shopping service as its extremely relaxing to arrive without having to navigate the supermarket after a long flight! The views from the apartment are stunning and the pools on the resort perfect for our family. It is a quiet resort, which suited us just fine. You need a car, which we had, so visted many places on the island,nothing is more than 50 mins or so away. The beach at Non Such is a nice addition to the resort and you can use the kayak for free, if you fancy it. Overall, a great family property if you want to stay in a quieter, very safe place with the freedom to come and go, as you please. The wifi worked perfectly during our stay and the air con is super efficent and excellent at cooling down rooms almost immediately! We would definitely recommend. "First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). They ensured my stay was good and made sure everything was ok.- Thank you! I’ll start with the WiFi situation- it’s Ridiculous! WiFi is VERY limited, you have to go upstairs to make a phone call- downstairs doesn’t work great. When I booked it wasn’t very descriptive as previous villas it is well informed. There is no washing machine( please invest in this) Freetown is very rainy at the time of August and it rained nearly everyday. unfortunately as the sheets and towels got washed myself and my family were left with minimal bedding. As I know most villas are well equipped with sheets and towels etc.. it wasn’t. we were reassured we was ok for the night. I was pissed! ( it’s not there fault, their doing there best and managing with what they have) luxury villas are well equipped- it’s not luxury. As it rained the front of the house got flooded. We couldn’t go anywhere. Our last night there was some sort of animal in the roof. Managing team was notified plus the owner. I am STILL awaiting a response. Overall our stay was ok. I personally would not go back as it’s too far from everything."
