"The rooms are clean and spacious. The balcony was wonderful with the view of the beach and the ocean. The pool was beautiful especially at night when the lights lit the pool up. The seating at the pool was very comfortable and had a great ocean view. The weather was great. The breakfast was phenomenal and fresh and had a wonderful selection. The staff was extremely courteous and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. This is a wonderful place to stay we will be staying here again on our next trip."

"The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. Sand was present throughout the room, the linens appeared unclean, and both the air conditioning and heating were nonfunctional. The pull-out mattress was in poor condition, with visible stains and what appeared to be pest droppings. Despite being a non-smoking property, the room had a persistent smoke odor, and we were incorrectly charged for it, even though no one in our party smokes. I would not recommend this property."

"The room we stayed in was one of the old cabana rooms beachfront. The room was not clean and had a bug problem. The air conditioning unit and the refrigerator was loud. The water in the shower was scalding hot and the water in the toilet was hot. The location is great, but would not recommend staying in one of the rooms in the older buildings. If we go back, I would definitely want to try one of the rooms in the new building."

"The staff at the Osprey went above and beyond to accomodate our stay. The room was clean and surprising to us had a full stove, refrigerator and microwave. Walmart was 3mins away, so we were able to shop for food and cook while we were there. Just a 10min walk to Pier Park was great. Right on the beach. Down a few stairs and step onto the beach is exactly what we were looking for. There was live entertainment at the Tiki Bar and free clam chowder was served on Wednesday. The pool is small and the hot tub is even smaller, but the seating area is spacious to sit and soak up some sun. Parking was a little tight, but we were always able to find a spot. The rate was very affordable especially during spring break. We will definitely return here for it's location, rate, and staff hospitality."

"Wouldn't recommend for families, lots of high school kids drug and acting crazy, "

"Hotel creeks and makes way too much noise. If you’re not staying on the 3rd floor please do not bother to stay here. You will not get good rest. Also the beds are really uncomfortable."
