“This ground floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in an older, beautifully landscaped, gated community is close to the Village Pier and great restaurants. Condo is spacious, very clean, updated, and quiet. Comfortable mattress with quality linens and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. A more comfy living room chair would be a nice addition to the futon sofa. Hostess was great communicating and taking care of our needs.”

“Water View is definitely fitting for this property. Cleanliness was top notch. Well taken care of. Close to pool. Minutes from pier, shopping, restaurants. Great communication with host. Absolutely love St Simons and this property will definitely be at the top of list for future stays. ”
