Excellent hotel

"Great location for everything, nice bright, big rooms, friendly reception staff, modern hotel, comfortable bed, extra pillows/iron available upon request. Only slight negatives were the lack of pressure in the rainfall shower, and we could have done with one big light- but I'd definitely return"

Nice hotel

"Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and good breakfast. Housekeeping only every third day which would have been ok but was just making the bed and replacing towels - when we could have done with more coffee, toilet roll and a vacuum of the floor. But overall great and I would definitely stay again. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing - right in the centre of Old Town Market Square and easy to get to everywhere from here. Gorgeous restaurants and bars all over! Staff were kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow."
