“We loved staying here and were sad when we needed to go! Char and Dave were excellent hosts and we felt like we were staying with our favorite aunt and uncle! They treated us like family. The house set up was great, we loved the lake access, meeting Susie Q (cutest dog ever), loved the pontoon ride, and it felt like a true vacation. We recommend doing the peddle boat as we had a blast going out onto the lake. It was a bit challenging at first but we figured it out. We also enjoyed a firepit and……

“This was by far one of our best VRBO experiences. Kelsey and Joe were incredibly responsive and even checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was peaceful, quiet, and wonderfully private. It was also impressively well-stocked—from paper towels and toilet paper to ziplocks, garbage bags, and firewood.Despite the holiday, the driveway was plowed early on Thanksgiving morning, which we really appreciated. We stayed cozy throughout the winter weather thanks……

“Overall great place to stay. Very clean. Only issue I had was not receiving check in info and the house could probably use air bonding upstairs, it was very warm up there. There are adequate fans though. Other than that I would definitely stay again.”

“The listing said it was a 1 BR unit. There was no bedroom. It was all one big room. I think that's called a studio. We did not have access to the WiFi code or directions for controlling the AC until we had been in the unit for 2 days. Then the remote to control did not work do we could not turn the AC down or off at night. It is a lovely cabin but was not well suited to our needs traveling with a grandchild.”

“The site was well kept and tidy. Host was very welcoming. We had everything we needed. Cabins are older and not fancy. I wish there had been less dust in kitchen. The estate has "flavorful"well water so bring your own water if that's a concern. I would stay here again. ”
