“El personal muy amable y atentos”

“The owners are excellent. They attend to any requests. They speak many languages. Rooms are clean, quiet, with fan and air conditioning The property beach is lovely. If walk down to the fishing village unfortunately it is littered with garbage and animal feces. Sadly this is present in many countries. Hopefully with time and education this global problem of pollution will be solved. But the hotel is very relaxing and tranquil with lovely owners. Food is perfection!!!!”

Todas las instalaciones son muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Además,estar en la playa es muy cómodo porque cuentan con mesas y sillas para estar todo el día allí”

“100 % recomendado, la atención de Laura es de otro nivel y te hace sentir como en casa. Está a unos 5-7 min caminando de la playa principal y los desayunos son deliciosos! Muy linda la habitación y cómoda, tienes una terraza por si quieres ver el atardecer y ofrecen almuerzos y cenas también. Volvería siempre! Gracias!”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“The hotel was really comfortable. All-inclusive package was worth it. Food ( breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and poolside drinks included). Food was delicious and great variety. The hotel is located in a great area. ( albeit, new construction happening adjacently). The beach is only a minute walk away. I would recommend and revisit this hotel for the value.”
