“The rooms were clean and, the restaurant was very nice. The location was great. The staff was very good. They were helpful. We did have a problem with the TV service. The staff came in and helped out with that. One thing that we noted was the bathroom, especially the shower. It was very outdated. A vanity would be very helpful in the bathroom.”

“If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.”

“Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.”

“Older, semi rundown property that was very clean and maintained fairly well. Drive-up style motel that can lend itself to easy in and out. It was raining and activity was at a minimum.”

“Had reservations for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I hit the buzzer several times, with no response. I called the number had for it, received message said to leave a message and will back to me soon. I called 20 minutes later and he hung the phone up with no response”
