“There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .”

“The staff was SO nice here and they really made us feel welcome. They gave us a room location on the second floor where we could easily see beautiful Lake Otsego, and the room itself was clean and neat. While the accommodations were a bit dated (it's an older motel) the owners had provided modern touches like soap dispensers on the shower wall and a nice tv. We would for sure stay here again!”

“This beautiful and friendly B&B is a Must Stay for anyone who likes beautifully decorated rooms, a very happy and welcoming atmosphere, good hearty and delicious breakfasts, and a quick walk to downtown Cooperstown (ie., Baseball Museum) or to the lake front! From the moment we entered, we were treated with courtesy and really felt like welcomed guests. There were many thoughtful things: for instance, when we stopped in two hours early and our room wasn't quite ready, they suggested we leave……

“I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.”

“Staff were always available and very helpful. Accommodations were old but cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was family style at a large table and it was fun talking with other travelers. Food was good and filling.”

“Had reservations for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I hit the buzzer several times, with no response. I called the number had for it, received message said to leave a message and will back to me soon. I called 20 minutes later and he hung the phone up with no response”
