“Cleaning crew didn’t show up till 2:39, 21 one minutes before our reservation. The trash can had loaded diapers, and the host was not clear/consistent with communication or instructions.Anxiety and traveling are not good bedfellows. If you are low maintenance, this is for you. But not for me.”

“Not a bad thing to say about this experience. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, looked exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, location was perfect and the included parking was such a perk! Highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back! ”

“Relaxing stay and safe location. Host JD provided great communication throughout the stay. Stores are nearby in case you need items for your trip. Food options are abundant in the area. 30 min drive to downtown Chicago.”

“Once we were in the apartment, it was great. Other than water dripping from the ceiling pipe inside, we had no complaints. Clean, cozy, plenty of space. Outside was a bit sketchy. There was a man sleeping on a mattress in the alley by the parking space and the entrance we were told to use was closed, which caused some confusion and a lot of extra walking. The location was perfect and overall, the stay was very nice.”

“You get what you pay. The host was very responsive during our stay but not great before arrival. The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. We also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner upon arrival but the host was responsive and had them brought to our door promptly. The place was very clean but we had issues with some of the outlets not working, no pots and……
