“Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.”

“The property is adorable, super clean with a nice aesthetic and all the amenities you could need, including a first aid kit, children’s toys, high chair, crib/pack n play, plenty of blankets, pillows, and kitchen supplies. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to return a forgotten stuffy. Really fantastic long weekend and experience here!!!! 5 stars!!”

“Cute little place and a great value. It had everything we needed. Very walkable to restaurants and the University of Dayton. ”

“This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. The bed in the bedroom was unsleepable (so soft/divot in the middle/1 thin……

“10/10 perfect property! The price was excellent and the hosts daughter and her daughter really turned it all into a blessing. Our trip started off horrible but they really turned things around for us. The house is perfectly decorated and has enough space for a standard wheelchair.”
