“I want to complain about the reception megastar your attention. I reserve acid for my family and Callao for the children. I called the police because my children were being normal children. I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. But I, in respect of what is needed there, they put me in the non-smoking room and the whole hallway was smell. But I don't recommend going there at all. Very bad service to the……

“Room was not cleaned very well. Hair was all over bathroom sink and stuck to shower walls. Mildew/mold in the shower. The WORST part was that the mattress topper had blood and urine stains! The stains showed through the sheets. Night 1 I had to sleep on top of blankets. The next morning, I asked the front desk to change out the mattress topper which they did not! I had to sleep on top of the blankets again. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Holiday and most certainly will not stay here again.”

“The beds were so comfy and the breakfast was great. My client and I were so happy about our stay. We really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were, aswell.”

“Staying here was a great experience! The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept very well. The staff was helpful and I felt safe. The only downside was an unexpected $50 deposit for incidentals that took 4-5 days to be released.”
