"This hotel is our go to from Ontario to Florida. Hotel is clean, bedrooms are comfortable and the restaurant is excellent "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with many options. Convenient location. Clean rooms, comfy beds, but dated furniture. The only issue was that the deluxe double room states that it has one bedroom but it is actually a studio room, 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, and kitchen all in one open space. Would stay again, but room description should be updated."

"Our stay at Sunrise Inn Williamstown was great. The room was very clean, the parking lot was clean and well lit. We observed the staff cleaning the sidewalks as they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was offered, however due to time restrictions we didn't eat there. We had no trouble with the Wi-Fi. I think my only issue would be with the mattress, they were a bit on the wore out side, but not horrible. We would definitely stay if we were to be in that area again. "

"Was great rooms were nice. There were 4 of us. Everyone seemed pleased nothing to complain about. We played music while getting ready for a concert and enjoyed ourselves. "

"Carpet so dirty its sticky. Stains on everything. Ac/heat super loud. Bed sheets stained. Mirrors so dirty they look cloudy. Drains all back up. Hallways not cleaned or kept up. The men in office RUDE!!! Disrespectful. Asked for no housekeeping (its obvious they dont clean anyway) they still came in and took MY belongings. Things I used for work so real cool of them. Plan on spending a while cleanin your room to be comfortable. I spent 3 hours scrubbing and it still didnt feel clean. Place run down and needs shut down. The 1st room they tried to put me in the window was completely cracked from top to bottom and side to side. Crazy it was still in 1 piece and not fallen out. Noticed a few rooms look like that too. "

"Check in was terrible. We were there 90 minutes AFTER our scheduled check-in time of 4:00 and still had to wait 30 for a room to be cleaned and available. The attitude of the staff towards us was awful. They acted like we were in the wrong for wanting to check in and just kept giving the excuse of lots of late check-outs. Perhaps they shouldn’t allow so many late check outs if they know they have bookings coming in. I will never stay there again and would advise others to stay somewhere else. "

"There were 3 birthday party’s occupying the pool so we weren’t able to use the pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The staff was nice. "
