"this property was plenty big enough to spread out my family of 13 (ages 3-75). open concept mainfloor (so you're not alone in the kitchen). the bedrooms are large with plenty of storage & private bathrooms. the kids room is so clever with a train theme. its the only room that doesn't have dressers though. we had just a couple hiccups, which were addressed immediately. being unfamiliar with the area, we were shocked that the property is atop a mountain (1900ft up). be sure your truck is ready to handle this. great communication with host"

"Overall a wonderful cabin that I would recommend and stay in again. The cabin wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, but Jason was responsive and got someone out there within a couple of hours. Mixups happen. Cabin was very clean and beds are firm but comfy. Internet was terrible and we couldn’t stream some days at all (tried resetting router and Internet and all that). Probably needs a speed upgrade. I know people have complained about this for years on reviews so I will chime in too … please put a ladder on the dock. It’s very hard to get out of water unless you are young and strong. Cabin shares some amenities like kayaks and paddleboat with next door, and guy renting there said there are two pontoon ladders behind the house that haven’t been installed. I loved staying here and hope we can do so again. Oh, it gets very dark here at night, like dark as in you can’t see anything, and I didn’t turn the lights on when I went to the car three feet from the porch, and a black bear was in the garbage can and scared the bejesus out of me. I literally was five feet away and would have walked into it if I had gone to the back of the car. So that was fun! When you go out at night put on the lights and be careful."

"Easy check in process, clean and spacious room, great water pressure, could have had better pillows, and the A/C unit is a little confusing to understand but it works great once set. Fridge kept food and drinks cold and even refrozen ice packs in the top. Overall great stay!"

"The outside halls and sidewalks was dirty. They need to use a leaf blower and blow off all the dust and dirt. After seeing the outside I was pleasantly surprised to see the room clean. I would stay here again if I’m in the area"
