“The room was extremely clean and fresh-smelling. The bathtub/shower was a clean, one-piece unit. Really a great find and value; this was the least expensive hotel in the area....but WOW, what a deal! I was very pleased and happy.”

“We only stayed a few days but loved the property. The kids enjoyed using the kayaks and the fire pit was great. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return for a longer stay. Teresita was so nice and a wonderful host. ”

“Horrible, súper sucio y el baño se sale el agua y aparte en Cash nos cobraron dinero extra, pagando 2 habitaciones que eran cada una de 4 personas y éramos 6 personas y aún así cobro igual y aparte cobro extra pero en efectivo, HORRIBLE!! Sucioooo MALA ATENCIÓN Horrible, super dirty and the bathroom leaks water and apart from Cash they charged us extra money, paying for 2 rooms that were each for 4 people and we were 6 people and they still charged the same and apart from that they charged...

“Clean little cottage. Easy to get to. After a day of hiking, we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the evenings listening to the creek. Close to Raft Outdoor Adventures in Hartford and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. ”

“Nice full kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. You feel like you’re out in the middle of no where even though you’re not. The bath tub on the back porch is fun but the knob to turn on the water is not on the tub but on a wall behind a couch. Weird! It took me a while to figure that out LOL! There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom which was nice. They have detergent and fabric softener sheets available which was nice. It did take us 50 minutes to get to Pigeon...
