It has great amenities the only thing is don't plan on having guest over for a couple of hours to visit because they will get charged per person even if they don't stay the night which if you have kids its ridiculous for the amount you pay for the stay ...they also have cameras pointing all over the outside patio we get it having one by the gate but not all over the patio and half of the pool it takes the privacy of relaxing outside with family...

"Beautiful location… the house was old vibe,old San Juan, beachy, relaxing and overall great! We watched the sunrise and sunset. We were close to bars and restaurants. I have been to the area before and as always the food is amazing! Rompeolas restaurant serves the best monfongo with any combination you choose! I can go on! Overall I loved the experience and the owner was amazing! I locked myself out and they came within 45 min to unlock the door for me! Thank you! "
