"Absolutely amazing experience. The morning coffee on the beach with the soothing waves. Snorkeling around the extensive reefs of the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve right from your backyard! Conveniently walk for coffee or smoothies. Excellent access to surf at Sandy Beach or Domes. This beautiful home has everything you need. The owner was so friendly and helpful. "This was a lovely location for a low key ladies weekend. The house was just what we needed with the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor spaces and a dreamy pool. It had everything we needed and was so easy!"

"Loved the quiet and safe setting with the beach park right across the street. A dip in the pool was a great way to finish a swim at the beach. Loved the indoor outdoor living with wrap around porch. We used the outdoor kitchen for practically every meal. Family loved that each bedroom had its own temperature controlled a/c so that each could decide how cool they wanted their room. "It was very nice, super clean, beautiful ( just like the pictures) with a spectacular view. If you don’t mind driving 15mins up windy roads and clearing a really steep driveway this place it great. We headed out during the day and once we drove up we just hung out ( did not want to do the drive at night or after a few drinks). Only suggestion to owner- more toilet paper, some paper towels ( there were none), some cooking oil and more beach towels ( only had 2 )."

"We will be back! This house had plenty of space for our group of 9, the youngest member of our party was 12 so we didn’t have any small people. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was lovely and well maintained. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. They gave us many good recommendations for activities. The location is prime. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything in Rincon."
