"We had an amazing trip and will be back. All of our butlers were spot on and were available to help when needed. In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks! Everything they made was spot on. Best drinks I've ever had at an all-inclusive. This included poolside to the nightly bars/lounges. The speciality cocktail carts were excellent! The coffee bar was great to have and we visited daily. It was a great place for our group to start the morning before moving to breakfast. The food is the area that could use improvement. The service was excellent everynehere was great. It was the food quality. The French restaurant had a lot of hype prior to us arriving and was by far the worst restaurant and the only place I regret eating at. The others were just fine. Nothing great and nothing terrible. The middle eastern restaurant was our favorite. I will say the lunch options are great! Poolside tacos and pizza we're really good. We did the included spa circuit most days and it's a great included service. My wife' enjoyed her spa treatment. Similar to the rest of the resort, the service at the spa was great. Last and most important, Julia's daily energy by the pool was our highlight!"

"Great stay with family and kids. Nice pools and convenient to beach. We’ve stayed in 2-bedroom pool view suite on ground floor. It’s great to have direct access to the pool and they have everything we needed in the kitchen. The only concern is that I feel itchy sleeping on the bed and my 4 yrs old daughter got some redness/ allergies on her arms and legs. Other than that, the bedding was comfy. I wish there were more dining options in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"I like was close to the beach, they have in the weekends Mariachi, and Karoeke i didn't like is not refri in the room and only provide one package of coffe and one bottle of water that youay refill the customer service was average once we didnt accept an invitation for another hotel presentation stop being friendly and give us the cold sholder other than that good place to rest at night"
