There was no ice bucket or bath mat in the shower. The floor of the shower was dirty and had some cracks in it the room itself was a good size and not bad for one night. However the washroom needs lots of maintenance

We decided to stay here as it is right on ctrain line and therefore close to downtown for restaurants etc if you like. Needed the room after coming in from the mountains and our flight out was the next day, so we didn’t need amenities. There is a pool which was in continuous use - great to keep kids occupied. Only downfall we had’t known about is there is no elevator - we managed, but anyone with mobility issues may need something more accessible than stairs. Otherwise clean and for the price very good value.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very good (close to the light rail station, walkable to restaurants and other shops, and easy to locate). The building is old and it appears that the current owners are in the process of renovating the hotel. Our room was clean and non-smoking, however, a smoke smell still lingered. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

This single most disappointing hospitality experience I have had in over 50 years . The towels were glorified face cloths , No shower mat and the place stinks . If you can ,do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all cost . I checked out at 3 am .I couldn't stand the place any more ..... But they have a pool ,😝,!

Convenient place to stay for what I needed to do. Everything was good. Don’t judge a book where it’s cover. The area is known as motel village, but has improved immensely safe, clean, friendly staff it’s adequate and accessible to Crowchild Trail in Trez Canada Highway the price is right. however, with stampede coming like most places, expect the rates to jump through the roof. This place is no more than $110 a night if you get it for less that’s great if you pay more it’s due to supplying demand everybody’s in it to make money.
