The room was a great price, the beds were comfy and there was coffee in the room. The room was indicative of the price, but a good place if you just need a room for the night.

Property run down and no room service everyday. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I liked this Motel for it's price, availability and location. The room was huge, and had a full kitchen which we were not expecting. Our large dog slept in the kitchen overnight, and the kitchen had a door which made it perfect. It is an older motel , We found it met our needs, This was our second stay at this location. One helpful note would be to warn guests to look for the Ramada sign as the small Metro sign is easy to miss. Thanks.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was great! I know they have just taken over the hotel and are in the middle of renovating. It is a good location. Looking forward to when is fully renovated.
very outdated property, pillows were fluffy and beds were clean minus a red/pink stain on the blanket by the pillows on one of them.. i would say the property has not been updated since the 80s.. our room looked nothing like any of the pictures on expedia.. and were greeted at the entryway by someone on the nod rambling nonsense
Check in was easy, the staff was nice. Great location right across from train. But the hotel was so rundown and just gross. The beds thankfully were clean.
There was no ice bucket or bath mat in the shower. The floor of the shower was dirty and had some cracks in it the room itself was a good size and not bad for one night. However the washroom needs lots of maintenance

Works for a brief stay in the city. It’s a dated building and could use some renovation love, but the bed sheets were clean and the staff were helpful

The building is very run down. But the staff are nice and the location is great.
We decided to stay here as it is right on ctrain line and therefore close to downtown for restaurants etc if you like. Needed the room after coming in from the mountains and our flight out was the next day, so we didn’t need amenities. There is a pool which was in continuous use - great to keep kids occupied. Only downfall we had’t known about is there is no elevator - we managed, but anyone with mobility issues may need something more accessible than stairs. Otherwise clean and for the price very good value.
