“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. “Great colonial hotel in a good location. It was close enough to walk to the main square and restaurants but far enough away from them to be quiet. It has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden. “Really great spot with its proximity to Plaza de Armas. Awesome breakfast choices and they would even pack you a breakfast if you have to leave early. The Presidential room is HUGE! It has a jacuzzi as a feature but I would have preferred a step in shower as getting in and out of it can be tricky. “Set up ride to hotel was easy thru hotel. They had nice hot water showers. Takes over a minute to get the hot water but it worked. Breakfast was good. Simple. Not far from centro and all the things you want to see in centro cusco. I would stay there again. ”
