“The rooms are very clean and the fact it was so close to the sanctuary of Saint Anthony was a huge Plus. However, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a 24 hour reception and so the traditional perks of a hotel were absent. As in calling for a taxi or any particular information about the local area. But I think this was probably in the information and I must’ve overlooked it. One thing I have to say was there was a strange smell within my bedroom and when I went to bed, my clothes had a strange smell……

“Good point is in the really center. but was a bit hard to find it. there is hotel paring, 12 euro per night, room not very spatial, but breakfast is ok.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, we did not feel welcomed. The staff were unfriendly and came across as rude when speaking to us. Hospitality goes a long way, and this hotel fell short in making guests feel comfortable. The bathroom was another major issue. The toilet is poorly positioned, leaving very little legroom because it's so close to the sink. It's an awkward design and especially uncomfortable for taller guests. A basic……

“We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok. ”

“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“门口有Bus站去主岛还是挺方便的，就是住置有点偏出门觅食不是很方便，出门需用uber。办理入住时前台小姐态度不是太友好。”

“very nice experience to stay in here. Rooms are clean, big enough (concerning that you are in Venice). outside have bus station, near by have some nice restaurant. with kids, they can prepare the kids bed too. ”
