Property was so nice. All the different options to eat and more than enough swimming pools. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Royalton is my favorite resort so I would definitely stay here again

I love this resort the rooms were so clean and everyday we came back to a clean room. The staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. Loved the swim out pool.

Beautiful large property with various pools, swim up bars & amenities. Very clean, providing various activities & music. Spacious luxurious indoor & outdoor showers. Unfortunately, the sargassum ruined the beach experience but that is beyond the resort's control. If this resort were adults only it'd be ideal but, nonetheless; worthy of booking for an unforgettable experience!

We had a nice stay at Royalton Riviera Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the food was good and fresh, and our housekeeper was amazing. My only disappointment was that by the time we checked in, we were unable to get reservations for most of the better restaurants because they were already booked. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall.

The diamond club is a great addition to an already great hotel. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The pools along with the swim ups were great, their are no shortages of bars on property or just cruising around offering drinks.

So clean , staff were incredible , Amalia cleaned our room perfectly everyday, Expedia guy Andy Garcia was amazing ..he helped us for everything included our wonderful visit to Isle Mujeres…we felt everyone treat us like we are VIP… only thing was bad seaweeds …but you had a wonderful pools …definitely we go back for future vacation for there is no seaweeds

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay at the hotel! We traveled with our 2 year old toddler, my husband, and my mom, and we had such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the facilities were great, and the kids pool area was amazing our toddler absolutely loved it! The Expedia guest service was truly the best. Fabian was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and he even helped us with restaurant reservations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the pools and how family friendly it is. I went with my 2 year old and he loved the kids clubhouse and pools. The restaurants agave was no reservations but wait time 40 minutes I would recommend for the restaurant to implement reservations because first come first serve 40 minutes wait is a bit much. The staff was very helpful throughout the resort. The housekeeper was amazing as well. I love the 24hr security but just a heads up to future travelers you have to book transportation with the hotel only no Ubers. But the resort was absolutely beautiful and would definitely recommend it to anyone the rooms was beautiful.

The property was very well maintained and the staff was superb. If you have difficulties walking and getting around this hotel is not for you. It is very large and many different elevations and steps. The food was good, rooms were large and clean. There were always lots of waiters around the pool eager to take your drink order and they really kept on top of cleaning up the finished beverage glasses. Towels are not an issue which I love. They have many locations where you can grab a clean towel and then a bin to put your used towels in. The entire staff at the Royalton work really hard to keep it clean and the guests happy. I would definitely return to this resort.
