The resort is nice. Loved the entertainment, especially for children, was not very happy with the restaurants. They could do better with the food. Some of the restaurants didn’t even have the A/C working. Was disappointed with the swim up bars. Some of the pool bartenders would only provide good service if they saw you have tip in your hand

The resort was beautiful, however the check in experience was a little lacking. Our bellman did a wonderful job of explaining where things were etc but the lady that checked us in didn’t give any information at all. Not a map, didn’t advise to download the app to make things easier. I’m convinced my bed had bedbugs so beware. The linens had hair on them that wasn’t mine. I stopped having issues with bites on my legs when I asked the housekeeper (she was amazing) to change the sheets. The beach was also Very disappointing. Sooo much seaweed you couldn’t get in the water. As I said it’s a really beautiful resort but I expected more. It’s not my first time in Cancun but it was my first time at this resort and I’ve had better stays elsewhere.

I liked the service of the people on campus working, they were all so nice. I didn’t like being hung up in multiple times to address a concern after I returned to the states. They would answer put me on hold and never pick up it just hang up all together. My Jacuzzi tub in the room was cracked all the way around the perimeter of it and shower handle broke off every time I turned it on. It should be upgraded to be considered “a luxury suite”. Good and entertainment was good and a lot of varieties. Overall I enjoyed my stay because of the people I was with, food options and friendly staff.

The property was kept clean, but the bathroom door was squeaky needed some WD-40, the phone didn’t work the entire time and the television you had to play with it for about 20 to 30 minutes before it would work. Other than that it was a great experience.

This resort was beautiful. When it comes to the cleanliness it was good, I did have a concern but the team handled it with grace and concern. For that I would come back. I learned so many benefits that came with purchasing through Expedia. I definitely will try to set my trips up Expedia again. Thank you !!!!

The property is obviously aging. Furniture, some of the exterior of the buildings. Staff was friendly. You need to do a better job of explaining services. Restaurants were never full but almost impossible to get a reservation. Food was average. Left Italian without eating inedible dinner and had to go to the buffet

The SMELL…oh gosh the SMELL. They definitely have. Sewage issue. The room was nice at some point I’m sure! But it needs immediate TLC. The swim out pool feature was our favorite part! The hotel layout is great as well. The staff was SUPER accommodating and friendly! The building conditions are no fault of theirs! Management needs a reality check. The location isn’t great either, unless you plan on never leaving. To leave the resort it’s minimum $75 a ride ONE WAY. Entertainment was fun! Food depended on the day. Steak house was the WORST. Don’t waste your time. The adults only side had a restaurant that was the BEST FOOD I’ve ever had in my life. Woah! But the regular food was decent at best. Gelato shop was great too! We went for a wedding and they totally JACKED that up in so many little and big ways. Would I go back NO. Was it the worst also NO, but for what we paid it wasn’t nearly good enough.

I wish you had a map of the hotel. Also, the app was not user-friendly. I wouldn't say I liked that I had to use the app to make reservations to eat at the restaurant, and no one could help me make reservations in person.

Entertainment Cons: Old buildings, Cheap liquors, room service Note: We were taking pictures in the nice wedding area by the food truck one of the metal roof fell off to the ground, room service was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. We stayed in a swim out room for 4 nights they never cleaned our pool.
