It took me more than half my stay to get changed to the correct room that I booked. No one at the front desk was willing to assist in getting my room change. Everytime I spoke with someone they always said comeback later.I come back and they were always in a meeting. I work for Hilton as a Director of Security, no one has meetings after 5pm.😒. I probably will never use the Hyatt brand because of this experience! The drink selection was subpar. Even the Xhale club,which is suppose to be premium drinks, were low grade selections. The rooms smell of mildew. The staff everywhere except the Xhale lounge and breakfast gave the impression that they didn't want to serve you. Even as I was tipping a lot they still made me unwelcomed. Your front of the house staff should be retrained on customer service, it is very poor. Terrible communication, and apathy. If I could give a minus rating, I would.

The food was the worst I've had at any all inclusive. No one was on the beach, too much seaweed so really nonexistent. Paid for a partial ocean view but there was absolutely no view of the ocean and I was told this is because trees had grown. I went based on the reputation of the brand. Please rely on your research. This was a waste of money.

The hotel was nice. The food was ok. I’d give it a 7/10. We didn’t get to try all of the dining options since they abruptly decided to close 2 restaurants, on our last day. Out of the 3 that we tried, the best one was the hibachi place. We ate there twice! The room was nice and clean. The entertainment was good, for us. We were able to see karaoke, Queen tribute, casino night and a cabaret show.

I loved the room and the service from the staff was top notch. The alcohol was watered down and from very cheap brands. Hibachi for dinner was the best restaurant. Breakfast was okay. The rest of the meals was not good just tolerable. Had to pay $18 US dollars for one bag of doritoes.

This property was literally EVERYTHING I hoped for!!! Despite the hurricane on the 4th of July it didn't damper our plans! The staff were great, the food was incredible and the drinks omg the bartenders knew what they were doing lol. The DJ they had on July 6th killed it at the foam party lol and Sunday as well!!! I’ll definitely be back here.

We would have liked (and expected) that with the advance warning of the area needing to shut down for the storm to pass through, that compensation for not having access to certain restaurants or alcoholic beverages. We asked for an upgrade, or spa services or even a bottle of champagne (after the storm cleared) and were told no. It “it what it is” was the answer we got and it was disappointing from a hospitality standpoint.

It’s a great party resort for all ages, but they will lose your laundry and still charge you for it. They had guests staying on the resort that were trying to sell drugs. Room service was anywhere from a 1-3 hour wait and if your not in your room then don’t just leave it in the food cubby. House keeping was terrible, I ran out of body wash so I ordered a new bottle and put it on the floor cause they have the locks to keep the bottles in place and they didn’t replace the empty one but took the full one and I was mid shower when I found out I had no soap.
