We enjoyed our stay but it has negatives as well. We are vegetarian, you guys should have more options for vegetarian people. We were staying at Non Diamond junior luxury family suite, we are a family of 3 and my brother in law was staying with us, the bathrooms have no privacy doors. It was hard as the shower glass was see through as well. Overall our experience was great.

Place was sprawling. Crazy clean. Staff everywhere. Must have been 500 people at all times. We did diamond club and they rolled out the red carpets for us. Perk of diamond club waa the exclusive pool area and being able to make reservations for dinner which is a must if you want to eat before 8pm. Would definitely go back!

First time here. Was an awesome experience for us both. Found a bit expensive to shop there. The vendors come in once a week some great deals and hand made products they are willing to work with you. Would not highly recommend booking a wedding. Our poor nephew and fiance had not a good experience seeing them cry for three days unsure if they were getting married paid enormously. All went off finally . I’d say confirm everything before you fly! And again when you arrive. They are amazing and we would for sure return.

It’s a good property for families. Lots of pools, 2 water parks and the kids club is great. The entertainment in the evening is amazing. It’s a new resort so it looks fantastic and modern. The gym and spa are both amazing. Food quality is generally great. We tried most of the restaurants, all of them were good. Drinks are alright. Nothing innovative. They do have a few problems though. Not enough beach chairs and lounge chairs near the pools, which I feel they can easily fix by getting more chairs. Reservations are hard to get if you don’t have diamond club or the Expedia butler and you are forced to eat at the buffet. The beach has a ton of seaweed so not picturesque by any stretch of imagination or particularly calm. It’s very ok. I would recommend it for families with young kids because of the ease of managing your days. Excursions from the resort that we took were great.
