“Excelente servicio, las albercas de muy buen tamaño y la vista al mar insuperable, tiene una playita privada, los restaurantes muy buenos y el personal muy atento, volvería a hospedarme ahí, a lo mejor el único inconveniente fue de los brazaletes, tenían 2 colitas muy largas que estorbaban un poco en mis actividades y en los alimentos, pero son cosas muy minúsculas”

“This was our 4th stay in 12 months at The Westin. It's always been a favorite, but there was a noticeable difference in the helpfulness at the front desk this past trip. We encountered multiple difficulties and a lot of attitude. It was sad and disappointing as we are used to being treated like family. We had to ask for the room service menu, schedule, and robes for our room that typically are in there. The water in our bathroom was very smelly. The room service food was usually inedible. That……

“It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.”

El desayuno incluido está muy bueno y las comidas en el restaurante o los snacks en el club de playa son deliciosos. Es recomendable para familias y en pareja. Definitivamente regresaremos.”

“The Reef is a really nice resort, nice beach, pool, views and one of the best beach inlets with the least amount of seaweed! Dislikes were all the food was bland with little to no flavour but the best restaurant was the Japanese restaurant it’s just like Benihana’s but of course you pay extra for it. All the drinks also tasted the same no matter what you got unless you were taking shots.”

“It was a fabulous week. Got there, part of the family went to Costco & Mega. Got grocery’s for the week. Got set up. Had dinner reservations 2 nights, we set those up before we got there and a day in Xel-Ha. If you set Xel-Ha before you go on you vacation you get a good discount. We have used Vacation candy for 3 or 4 years. They make it so easy. I’ll be booking our next vacation return to Cancun”
