The biggest positive about the resort are it's restaurant's and it's staff. The amount of restaurants and food is served was excellent. The restaurant staff were great for being so polite, friendly and having an excellent sense of humor. Few minor place of concern would be conditions and facilities. Upon arrival some of the curtains and sheets had a few minor stains. Thankfully they were replaced by room service the next day. There were sometimes the pool water had too much debris floating around in it. Or there were clearly people's sun screen floating on top of the pool water. Clearly there are signs of improvement, hence all the construction and some places closed during our visit. My biggest concern was the check in on the first day. We arrived around 4PM and was brought to a desk waited 1 hour to find out we were brought to the wrong desk. Then had to wait another hour to check in at the hideaway lounge. After an unacceptable wait period for a check in, we finally got to our room and had to waited another 1 hour for our luggage before we eventually got fed up and picked up our luggage from the lobby ourselves. By the time we were able to actually enjoy the resort it was already 7PM. Our friends who were at the resort were (hideaway) checked in way faster than us were at the restaurant waiting for us. This is clearly a huge logistical and managerial fault that I hope gets resolved and I hope nobody ever has to go through.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is big but easily walkable. The staff are so friendly. Our room was big. It rained most of our stay but they have people working full time just keeping the water at bay and they do it so efficiently! Nestor (from the Vibe team) was the highlight of our trip. The drinks were great. The food was mostly great. That breakfast buffet was top notch and the seafood, Tex-Mex, Japanese, and steakhouse restaurants were excellent. We were talking about planning our next trip while we were there because we were so impressed!

The resort needs to inform the people that is staying at the adults only, that you are going to see children. I wasn’t too happy with that especially when it says ADULTS ONLY , I shouldn’t see ANY children around.one side is family and the other side is adults so be prepared to see a stroller while eating dinner.Also they do not have irons only steamers . This was suppose to be my birthday trip and I wasn’t too pleased with the experience I should have stayed at CHIC Cancún instead. But overall I will give it a 6.5 to7/10.

It was mediocre! I’ve experienced better from the Royalton! My bathroom are was half clean, fridge warm didn’t fully restock until the day before I checked out! Got bitten by tons of misquotes they ate me alive every night in my room! Food was terrible and tasteless! Had burgers and hot dogs every day on the grill’
