“The floor wasn't clean enough. Walked on the floor was very uncomfortable without indoor slipper. The location was beautiful ! Just next to the beach and Finns beach club. I don't know why they didn't allow other taxi coming. Even the local taxi company Blue Bird wasn't allowed.The only taxi was outside. From here to Kuta charged 200,000 IDR. It was crazy price in Bali.”

“Beautiful hotel, the room was very comfortable and the staff friendly. The breakfast buffet was cold 2 out of 3 times that I went. The pool area is nice, and the location is prime! Super close to beach clubs, restaurants and the beach.”

“Was first given a room on the first floor where there was continuous noise throughout the night - metallic door, clubs, temple, neighbor hotel rooms… making it impossible to sleep even with the earplugs on. The staff then kindly changed our room for the rest of the stay and while it was significantly calmer at night the bedsheets were dirty. When we noticed the hotel was no longer staffed and there was nothing that could be do until the next day. In general the room could be better cleaned. Hot……

“I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and had such a great experience that I decided to return on my recent trip to Bali. There are still many things I love about this property.. the staff are warm and welcoming, the restaurant is excellent, and the pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. Short walk to the beach! But Unfortunately, this stay didn’t quite live up to my previous experience. There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted my stay. The shower drain……
