“第一天入住時，正逢吃午餐時間，就在飯店裡面吃午餐，原本要點我們想要吃的餐點，但是服務人員一直引導我們點我們沒有想要點的菜。 到最後上菜時，不是那麼的符合我們的口味，價格又偏高。 後來我們就不在飯店裡面的餐廳用餐（不管是中餐或是晚餐）。 除了這點以外，其他的部分都還滿好的。”

“Room was clean, shower curtain was very dirty and stained. Hot shower and cool ac. Property is in the end of an alley, the day we stayed rained and half the way was covered with water. Breakfast was supposed to start at 9AM only, but when we left at 9 staff wasnt at the hotel yet to start prepping the breakfast so we didnt have”

“十分方便的地點，旁邊就有超市還有餐廳，離機場幾分鐘車程，走個不到五分鐘就可以到沙灘 房間舒適乾淨，友善的服務人員 不過房間隔音不是很好，能聽到走廊上講話的聲音 整體而言不錯，對得起價格”

“Lovely staff, always helpful and kind with the children. We may have been a bit unlucky with our room as it had a mold problem and an unpleasant smell. It was manageable for two nights and otherwise it was good value with a big bathroom and nice touches with bottled water, slippers, tea and coffee. The location is great for Waterbom, the airport and shopping. If you're a light sleeper, this area is bustly and loud, pack ear plugs. ”

“整間飯店的人員很友善 服務非常好，洗衣品質佳 SPA也不錯，對街的按摩技術更好 離庫塔海灘很近 如果要ㄧ日遊可以請飯店安排 免費早餐還好，但是付費餐廳的食物很好吃 吹風機的風不大，蓮蓬頭的水很小建議改善”

“一開始睡在三樓邊間，電力在一小時內連續斷了兩次，房務人員貼心的準備了在一樓中間位置的房間做替換，但是換完之後WiFi的訊號變的非常糟糕且不穩定，連手機收訊都相當糟糕，入住建議住高樓層的，一樓WiFi 訊號相當不穩定，但要注意會不會突然斷電”

“鬧區卻很安靜(當然要選擇離街地區，若靠泳池區更棒 、此行829房)方便購物逛街與美食。但唯一缺點..屋頂懷疑有老鼠活動，淺眠者會在意。”

“客房感覺，服務很好，滑水道很適合小孩”
