“The room was always cleaned, the spa and pool was amazing but most importantly the staff were so nice and helpful they really made my stay here amazing. They made my girlfriend’s birthday amazing. Some of the people I would never forget is Gede he is an amazing driver and also takes great pictures and very informative with a huge heart. Ari was so helpful she even paid out of pocket for my girlfriend’s birthday cake until I could reimburse her. Last but not least Agus was so helpful and a true……

“We stayed at the Walter Spies room and it was amazing!!! We added the rose petals in our bathtub which is extremely romantic! The private pool is great, the service was wonderful, and the Thursday dance performance dinner and cooking class (must do the traditional market shopping) was fun fun fun!!! Spa service was very relaxing, breakfast and afternoon tea is very nice too! Hotels location is 45-90 mins away from the airport depends on the traffic, this area is more like a tourist area with……

“We had a great stay here as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our room was amazing and all staff members were so kind and helpful. My favorite parts were the delicious in-room breakfast service and our incredible massage! An Adepa driver picked us up from the airport and the hotel was also great about helping us book a driver to get around while we were there and even get to our next destination in Bali. Special shoutout to Wira for being a great driver and educating us on so many special……

“It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. ”
