"Great recently renovated room, excellent friendly service at check-in. Two minor quibbles: rooms are too sparsely decorated, lacking a desk/table, and dresser, closet or other place to put a secind suitcase; and the whole inn complex is pretty noisy, not a big deal, just a fact that a lot of the people there are enjoying their vacation into the night, and the wallsvare pretty thin."

"Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance. "
