“Hi Everyone! So. I have to say the hotel Casa Augusto is highly overrated here on Expedia. Let's start with the good stuff: The surrounding garden is really beautiful and although the outdoor shower is maintained poorly it was fun and nice to take a cooling shower after a day at the beach. “Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. When we tried to use the gym, none of the equipment’s were working and……

“The small Hotel was located conveniently at the Capri Port near all accessible mode of Transportation Boats, Taxis, buses, Funicular (Cable Train). Our room had an amazing view of the Port. Hotel staff Gerardo, was extremely helpful, accessible and accommodating.”

“酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。”

“Il personale è gentilissimo Il driver del buggy è super socievole ed efficiente L’hotel è molto pratico, ottimo per chi ha voglia di non usare i mezzi per andare al mare, e meno distante di quanto si pensi da Sorrento, grazie anche all’aiuto della navetta offerta fino a metà percorso. L’unica cosa, alcune stanze vista interna sn piccole e vecchie, con doccia con tendina … da sostituire. Per il resto top!”

“Our stay at Hotel Du Tasso in Sorrento was overall much better than we expected. The hotel itself was great, and we were pleasantly surprised with the property and our overall stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work at all during our stay. We tried to get assistance with it, but the staff was not particularly helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and had a great stay, but reliable Wi-Fi and more helpful service when issues come up……
