"This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences! "

"Luisa was very helpful meeting us at the town centre and escorting us to the hotel. Otherwise it would be difficult to find. Breakfast was lovely and we had a very nice common room to relax in. The rooftop terrace featured in the photos is only available to those who rent the penthouse otherwise no views are available."
