Check in was easy and communication was very good.
The proximity location was great. Easy walking to numerous restaurants and Coles supermarket.
The problem was the unit was very unclean and dusty. The fridge was dirty and still had someone’s leftover icecream in the freezer.
Someone’s toothbrush was still in the bathroom draw and the toilets were not cleaned. Urine behind the toilet seat.
The small rubbish bin and toilet brushes were rusty and the surface was peeling off the bin.
We stripped the bed to put the sheets in the washing machine and we were horrified at the state of the mattress. Huge urine stains. Every surface was dirty in this particular unit. We notified the reception staff of our concerns. She said next time if we found a problem they would see if another room was available. It’s not her fault it’s the units owners that need to be looking at what they expect paying customers to be happy with staying there. We certainly will not return to these units.
