“Enjoyed our stay at South Seas, however that is where it ended. Stayed there in April of 2026, closed out my folio of charges upon checkout. Was subsequently charged another $400+ in June of 2026. When contacting the resort, they informed me they were behind on charges and that a new folio would be sent to me. New folio sent, manager informed me that it was the final folio of charges and that something had posted after my departure. Fast forward to July 22, 2026, I am hit with another charge to……

However, the front door would not lock the entire stay and the latch going out to the pool did not work so we worried about our 1-year-old and 4-year-old!
