The apartment was even nicer than expected: tall ceilings, washer and dryer, comfortable living space, nice bathroom! The owner was friendly, helpful and clear communication. “We really enjoyed the beautiful setting in a peaceful neighborhood. The studio was everything we needed - aesthetic, cozy, practical, and all around lovely. My husband was especially surprised and appreciative to see a washlet in the bathroom! ”

“Clean, spacious two bed room. Each room has it's own private bathroom and shower. The beds were just ok. Well equipt, full size kitchen and frig made it easy to cook. The pool is a great place to hang out. If you want to grill, make sure you ask for the special grill knob as soon as you book.”

“I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased...

“Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. ”

“The location itself was quiet and there was plenty of parking availble even during the holidays which was a surprise. Inside was clean and was exacrly like the photos. Massah was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. There's also a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants alll within 5 minutes of the property. Overall, it was exactly what we needed! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.”

“I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...
