"We had a large group in town for Jazzfest / Bachelor Party extravaganza, and this house met all of our needs and then some. The house is exceptionally charming, and has plenty of space for a large group to spread out. It is also extremely well located - only a 15 minute walk to the quarter, also a short drive over to the expressway in case you're getting out of town. Lee Ann was an absolute delight as a host as well - extremely friendly, communicative, and flexible as our plans changed around....

"What a charming, fun house! The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to Magazine St, St. Charles Ave and all up and down Tchoupitoulas and felt very safe doing so. There are many different places to eat and drink in the immediate area with live music at Tipitina’s right down the road. The uber ride was a quick one down to the French Quarter. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and the host was incredible and responsive. We will be back!"

"This charming little house was perfect for our needs. While it is an older home, it is clean and well-maintained. The rent was value-priced. Easy walking access to the Ferry that drops you off at the French Quarter perimeter (convenient and inexpensive). There are nice restaurants in Algiers Point that are within walking distance."

"This is a very cool old house, in a convenient location if you want to explore downtown NOLA. The house is in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. It has large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a really large and comfortable living room, and fully equipped kitchen. It has plenty of room for parking and a big yard. "We really enjoyed our stay and the house met all our needs. Typically I have trouble sleeping away from home but the beds were so comfortable that I fell asleep quickly. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages and had great suggestions for local eateries. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice area. "This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after."
