“Was billed for a checking-in 45 minutes early, kinda ridiculous , also was suppose to receive a daily food or beverage credit per day never received it towards my final bill.”

“Overall was clan and staff was pleasant. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the sink was not draining so I called and they sent someone to fix it. After that, it drained better but later on the bathroom floor was flooded because the drain was now leaking under the sink. We called again but it was late so we thought we were going to be moved to a different room but didn’t co they were fully booked. It went on for the first 3 days of our 5 day stay. I didn’t get credit back when I told them I should……

“that the hotel is in an older building is both a positive and and has drawbacks. the setting is quaint and nice; very unique. however, by definition, the place is also aged and creaky; doors dont close tight, floors make noise, not enough outlets. Again, positives far, far overcome any negatives.”
