When we arrived we were met with a front desk attendant that was not welcoming or friendly. Had to ask if that was where I should check in since he just saw us and turned his back. I asked about concierge hours so we could plan our transportation around the city. He stated "The concierge hasn't been here for days and I don't know when they will be here." That implied to me that there was no concierge however, there was one in place at breakfast. Overall, I thought the hotel was adequate. They were responsive when our toilet needed a repair. The room was cleaned daily which was a bonus. Breakfast was very good for hotel food. The room was not cool enough at night. Next time I would spend extra money to stay closer to the French Quarter and avoid all the money for Lyft.

We stayed in the older tower. Our room was not nice. Carpet was bad, toilet was so noisy, and walls need paint. For the money it was definitely not worth it. The staff was great. The garage for our car was great. The pool was full of bugs. It needs some attention
