"We stayed here in February knowing some outdoor areas would be unavailable for the season. However, what stood out was the lack of spaces for adults to relax while kids are playing or swimming. There really weren’t comfortable spots for parents or adults to sit back and unwind nearby. It would greatly improve the experience if there were more designated relaxation areas for adults within the family spaces. Even an outdoor heated area for those who prefer to sit outside would be a nice option—having a few choices would make a big difference. I would go back only when all parks are available. "

"Very loud, kids running through the hallways after 1:00 am. Doors slamming, etc. You would think they would have a quiet time like at Midnight. Didn’t have coffee cups, water, or wash clothes in the room. We asked for them and received replacements. "
