"So the rooms had no hot water . Cold showers is never fun. The staff at the ropes course was the most unfriendly we we have some in contact with here and the pool that had the basket ball hoops had a sharp piece of tile and it cut one of the kids toes and we had to see first aid station. It was just not a great stay this time . "

"Hotel was as described. Convenient location but the area itself just wasn't our scene. It was walkable but some of the area seemed a tad unsafe with the bus stop across the street and many homeless wandering about. The room was comfy otherwise and plenty of space. Hotel check in lady was very nice. We did not pay for valet. Found a street spot after 8 pm for free which was nice."
