"Room had an unpleasant smell. Bathroom very small..Staff asking me to go to another building on the property late at night, which I understand was beyond their control if that building met full capacity, however, staff didn’t seem to be understanding 0/10….went to Holiday Inn Resort , 15 minutes away and had a very pleasant 2 night stay, clean, pleasant staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff, I rated Holiday Inn Resort 12/10"

"The room was clean. That’s where the positives end. It was way overcrowded. The bell services was basically self serve-there was never anybody to help and I twice went to get a cart and there were none available and they told me to check near the elevators. There is nobody to help you when you arrive. The front desk personnel was rude (or overworked). The food court was slow due to being packed, and the food was subpar because they were cooking the food in large batches. The hallways smelled like weed. Stay across the street at dockside. It was WORLDS better. Quiet. Serene. Delicious food. "

"We loved our stay. We were able to enter our room when we arrived at noon. The room was clean, spacious &quiet. The staff was welcoming, personable and accommodating. There was coffee, cappuccino,sandwiches chips, soda available for purchase all day/night."

"I dislike you have to pay for parking when you dont even have a spot to park at, ppl are doubled parked smh. If i pay to stay here i expect to have a spot and not look all over for one."
