“Place is falling apart, rooms are dirty, didn't even have a shower curtain in the room we stayed in. Went to the pool, had to go find someone to get pool towels as there was none in the pool area. Hot tub was as cold as the pool water. Super disappointing and none of the staff cared about any of the issues.”

“The front desk receptionist was so kind and helpful she made up for any downfalls with this property. The housekeepers did put a crib in our room while we were out for a coffee, apparently for the guests checking in later that day, even though it was only 9am. This was obviously a bit intrusive and felt like we were being asked to get out. The receptionist was extremely apologetic though. We also found a few Silverfish in our room as well, which could be due to the age of the building. The gym……
