“Everything was great...but...when we decided to call it a night and wanted to watch a bit of TV you scored a big zero. Most hotels have minimum TV selection...but they do give access to a streaming service like Netflix. This hotel did not give us the option. We had to watch the minimum selection. They would have received a perfect score otherwise. Thank you.”
