"Hose was excellent, great communication, helpful, answered questions, even returned items inadvertently left behind. Location was great for activities around the national park and caverns."

My family was very pleasantly surprised with our stay. We arrived late Friday night to a very friendly desk clerk who took care of us quickly and professionally. Room was very nice and comfortable. We were staying here for its proximity to a swim meet in the area. The next morning we awoke and went down to Peppers for what we were expecting to be a no thrills breakfast but were we surprised; a very delicious plentiful buffet that was much more than we could have ever expected. We were visiting our niece who was running a dog show in Jeffersonton. Didn’t find anything there…we had a great time in Culpepper…hotel was very convenient to everything we needed and was a great small town. Great…just great.

The hotel and staff were very nice. We were only one block away from the family we were visiting. They were pet friendly and that is very important to us. We will absolutely be staying there again.

We had a great stay for one night. The hostess greeted us outside when we pulled into the parking lot, and showed us right to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the Inn at Little Washington is really only 1-2 minutes. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and felt personal- a very friendly staff that clearly takes pride in making sure guests are well cared for.

We enjoyed our stay at Hopkins very much. Very hospitable but not luxurious. Breakfast was very delicious and the hosts were very helpful. Located in beautiful farm land with national park nearby and great restaurants. We enjoyed the ale from the ale house too.

The suites( they are more than rooms) are marvelous. Quiet, great views and one of the most comfortable beds ever. The bathroom was also very nice, and the floor is heated. Couple that with butlered coffee and beignets each morning, and you’vr Got s high standard to beat

I made a mistake on my check out date. And they had no problems with me extending my stay one more night. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful.
