“The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was a great location for getting to/from Dollywood! It was the perfect setup for our family with kids to stay downstairs and my in-laws to stay in the room upstairs. ”

An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. I am a vrbo host I……
