“Staff was amazing they helped make my 25th anniversary a memory to remember”

“The staff were kind, despite issues at check-in due to them being ill informed. The rooms are overpriced for what you actually get. I got a corner room and there wasn't much more but empty space. The shower had no body wash, and there's no way to use it without making a mess on the floor. the front desk did not answer the phone, the room was not turned down after I was assured it would be and there's no microwave in the room. The lobby and overall decor is charming but this place is more flash……

“Unique older building that shows it years, yet that is the point of an old building. Room was eclectic and very comfortable. Location was right among the downtown hubbub. Very walk-able.”

“The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. “We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.”

“The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar……

“My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel.”
