"Do not book at this hotel. They "overbooked" yet charged my card. And when I showed up, they said they didn't have a room available and couldn't refund my card. I had to spend the early morning hours finding a room and trying to get hotels.com customer service to solve this problem. Terrible way to start a weekend."
